Micaela partners with AEC leaders to refine corporate recruiting strategies, strengthen internal hiring capabilities, and reduce reliance on outside support. Drawing on extensive experience in passive and active candidate development, targeted selection, and the complexities of securing top AEC talent, she guides her team in delivering hard-to-fill technical and leadership placements. Outside of work, Micaela is a mom of three preschoolers who embraces the joyful chaos of family life—navigating Lego minefields, wiping sticky faces, and soaking up the belly laughs of six little feet racing through the house.
